I'm new to KnowBe4 and unsure how to customize training modules for my team. Can someone guide me?

Assuming they want different training modules for their team… I would create different groups for their users, then go to the modstore select the training modules for each group. Then setup the training campaigns for each group with the different modules.
Their knowledge base is also pretty comprehensive: KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training – Knowledge Base. They do have folks to help.
