Use the Admin Console to force-install only essential extensions, allow optional ones, and block the rest. Organize users into OUs or Groups so each role gets only what they need, limit permissions, and review extensions regularly to keep Chrome fast and secure.

Like you, I also struggled with Chrome extensions at first. I found it's best to keep things simple, I just click the puzzle piece icon, keep the extensions I use daily, and remove the ones I don't need. When I want quick access, I pin my favorite extensions to the toolbar, and if I notice Chrome getting slow, I just disable the ones I'm not using right now. It's like cleaning your desk - keep what you need, put away what you don't.

<p>In My case I use URL:  chrome://extensions/ to manage the extensions, this will directly open the extension manage page</p>
