# I lost my generated password how can I get it back ?

I can’t find my outlook password

You cannot recover a lost Office 365 password. However as an Admin you can generate a new password or enter your own by going to portal.office.com and logging in as an admin user. Go to Users, select the users, and select the KEY icon and enter the new password you would like to use or let it auto generate one for you. You can have the new password emailed to you for future reference. You can send it to more than one person or email account by separating the email addresses with a ;
