# I know that we can send internal messages but im not really sure how.

If you want to send an internal message make sure "Send to" above the message box has "Internal" (it will appear bright yellow if it's selected) selected instead of "Patient" (this will be blue if selected) you can then tag someone with the @ symbol and type out a message if one is needed. Then just click to send internal!

If you’re referring to notifying another coworker of a message sent from a patient you can tag their name with the @ symbol
