# I'd like more details regarding the ability to utilize the round-robin feature

Hey Greg, I would be happy to help. If you're an OpenPhone premium user (and are an admin or owner), you can enable round-robin call distribution from the OpenPhone web or desktop app. You can select the phone number you want to share, and then OpenPhone can ring team members on that phone number in batches instead of all at once. When a batch doesn't answer, it goes to the next one. Once it reaches the end and no one answers, the call goes to voicemail.  Your teammate batches can be as small as one and as large as 10.
