# I bought an upgrade for my Practiline program on 10-25.   I have a license key for unlocking the product but never received the download. ?  What do I do.

They say I am going to get a link to my password, etc., but nothing ever is connected so that I can get the download.   Can you help.

Digital River is just a processor for that company you would be best to reach out to the comapny who produced the software to ask for asisstance.
