# Hub Spot vs Pardot

I'm very interested in Hub Spot but comparing them to Pardot. Anyone know an pro's or con's only applicable to one or the other? They seem very similar with Hub Spot potentially having more inbound marketing tools vs just standards marketing automation. Is that accurate? Not sure how the SalesForce acquisition of Pardot comes into play, if at all. Any comments appreciated.

We use Hubspot internally, and with many of our clients, however some clients use Pardot. After experiencing both tools, Hubspot is much easier to use, and their support team is unmatched.

I have used both Pardot and Hubspot and, for me, Hubspot is the better tool. I work in a small organization with virtually no IT department, and nobody with coding knowledge aside from the basics that I know. I struggled greatly trying to build landing pages in Pardot whereas in Hubspot, it is a drag and drop platform - much more user friendly for someone like me. It also helps that it is essentially the only platform I need to be on to do everything (email, inbound, social, etc.) and it syncs with Salesforce which is what our salesperson uses. Hope this helps a little!

We are agnostic in our ability to use Pardot or HubSpot. So when a client asks us our opinion it is based solely on which platform works best. Form that standpoint it is HubSpot hands down. It is a fully integrated marketing platform that does exceptionally well at personalization and contextualized story telling. It works seamlessly with Salesforce, although for many clients their free CRM is the best choice.

The programs are very similar. I work at an agency and we have clients in both Pardot and Hubspot. Hubspot has quicker onboarding and overall deeper learning library. Landing pages are easier to navigate. Pardot has a deeper CRM platform and a few more notification capabilities. For B2B for our own agency we use Hubspot.

I haven't used Pardot, so I can't comment on that, but I've been using HubSpot for the last 9 months and love it.

There are lots of positives, and the social integration is one of my favourite things ever, which I haven't seen done as well elsewhere. My complaint is in the email templates, which feel quite restrictive, but can be customised in the editor (so not too much to complain about really!)

I've been using Hubspot for over a year and have used Pardot in the past. I've found the variety of tools in Hubspot to be more helpful. Hubspot is more intuitive and they've made some great improvements to the interface to make it even easier to use. I also give Hubspot a ton of credit for service and support. They've become lightyears ahead of Pardot in that department.

HubSpot's all-in-one-ness really makes it a powerful, one of a kind tool. It has a seamless experience for both users and leads. Having your blog (and even your website and CRM if you choose) in the same place as your landing pages and lead gen forms is extremely powerful. Plus, the tool is easy to use and there is a TON of training backed by an amazing community that really sets HubSpot apart. Also, HubSpot has tools that help you not just use the tool but be successful. The in-line blog optimization tools and Smart CTA tools help you make sure you're creating the best, most impactful content possible.

We haven't tried any other. We chose the industry leaders HubSpot and haven't looked back. The platform is continually evolving, support second to none and the CRM and marketing platform combined is a powerful combination. Interface is intuitive, integrations wide, and the marketing automation, analytics and reporting offers exactly what we need for customer retention.

I've been using HubSpot for about a year now and have loved it. Not only is the UI very friendly, but the customer support and community are fantastic. I would suggest getting a demo of both if you have not already, because everything always sounds good on paper until you actually get into it.

... for inbound marketing purposes, you can’t really get better than HubSpot. All of the tools are designed to marketing using inbound methodology.

Pros:
-	Great user interface
-	Helpful dashboard and analytics tools
-	Multiple options for executing inbound strategy (emails, blogs, social posts and monitoring, etc.)
-	HubSpot staff always willing to help

Cons:
-	No video capability on Pro level (at the moment)
-	Possibly cost, depending on your budget

I've been working with HubSpot for almost a year now and I they have exceeded any expectation.

It's not only a software, but also a great community, and they are the best at inbound marketing (they actually invented the word), with so much knowledge and processes to share. Follow their process word by word and you cannot go wrong. Plus, the software is super easy to learn and it does just about everything.

Look at this, reviving a dead topic!

While I haven't had a ton of experience with Pardot, I've gotta go with HubSpot. They've gone above and beyond their call of duty with all of their resources, the platform itself, and the immense help from all of their workers.

We landed on Pardot and I have to say the experiance was great. Not only did we find a great easy to use Marketing Automation tool...we also found the company to be incredible to work with. If you have not yet made your decision...I would recommend you take another tour of Pardot.
