Because Pindrop ® Protect is multi-factor, it can typically offer a higher rate of true detection than single-factor anti-fraud solutions or knowledge based authentication. Using every facet of the call, the metadata, audio, and voice, allows Pindrop to get detailed information on every call. The information from multiple sources helps to provide risk scores for every call, utilize anomaly detection for unknown callers, and develop fraud profiles for spotting repeat fraudsters. This multi-factor approach allows us to continue to help detect fraudsters that attempt to hide them- selves. As they try to evade one technology, they illuminate themselves in another.
