# How we can start a meeting while disabling the video.?

I have found this very uncomfortable that whenever I enter the meeting it started my video cam automatically. it shouldn't start my video on its own. By default it should enters the meeting with muted mic and cam. I have to mute my mic as well as cam every time I enter the webex meeting

This is very common problem, but you can just disable video and mic before meeting.
