# How was your migration experience with Gusto, and did sales follow-up feel reliable?

Gusto’s migration team was very helpful when switching over, and it’s now running payroll at a much lower cost. Early on, though, I got disconnected on my first call and the salesperson didn’t call back even after I’d shared my phone number. I wish their tech support was available on weekends too. Paychex has this.

For those who’ve moved to Gusto, how smooth was your migration and how responsive was the team during the initial setup?
