# How useful is WebinarNinja’s in-webinar offer button and engagement dashboard for follow-up?

I like WebinarNinja’s offer button inside the webinar, since it lets presenters show a call-to-action at the right moment without sending attendees elsewhere. Having registration details, attendance, replay activity, and offer engagement in one dashboard makes monitoring and follow-up easier and helps understand attendee behavior after each event. The built-in email editor feels basic for highly personalized HTML designs, even though it works for standard reminders and follow-ups. How are you handling email design and personalization while keeping the workflow centralized?
