Sometimes it needs a while for the DNS to propagate correctly (up to 24 hours). You can check it with this tool: https://dnschecker.org/

If everything is set up correctly and pointing to the correct servers/ip you should contact the support, so they can look up the issue.

CNames can be tricky. It takes to for DNS changes to populate sometimes depending on your provider or your TTL settings.  I use Cloudflare  to manage our DNS and we we're up an running in a few min.

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate across the internet so I suggest waiting until a couple days have passed before reaching out to support. If there is still an issue after 48 hours than it is generally incorrect DNS records that are the issue but Adilo has great support so just give them a chance to help and you will likely have this sorted in short order.

Hernan, I wonder if this is working for you now. The process took only a few minutes using Cloudflare as the DNS provider. I suspect GoDaddy may be at fault in your case for being slow to update DNS records.
