# how to use hangouts to connect with other company employees

My employees have to open a Hangouts when they start. It's easier for me to connect with them that way

If you company uses G-suite applications, everyone should be available on Hangouts. You only have to search by their name or email on the Hangouts App/Web and you should be able to connect with them.
If you don't use G-suite, you could invite your co-workers via email and they should be able to join your Google meet calls and chats
