# How to upload easily any attachment?

Trying to upload an attachment is there a way to just drag and drop?

Hi Diana,

There are a few different ways you can upload receipts/attachments. 

1. Use the mobile app to snap a picture of the receipt instantly. 

2. Receipts that are received in the form of an email (eg. the body of the email) can be forwarded directly to the, My Receipts section of Webexpenses

To do this;
Go to the email receipt and select the 'forward email' option
Send to: forward@receipts.webexpenses.com 

Please note: If you are forwarding the email receipt from a different email address to the one you use to login, you must ensure that the login email address is included in the Cc field. You then click, Send.

3. You could snap a picture using the Webexpenses mobile app to save in the My Receipts section for later use ie. when you're ready to build your claim. Simply tap the 'receipts icon' at the bottom of the screen.
