# How to personalize tasks so that only added team members can view & work on?

When I add a task and add a team member, the whole team can see what I shared with those team members and they have to tap on My tasks while using the Android App.

Not sure why you want to hide stuff from members of the team. Be transparent. Everyone should know what everyone else is working on.  One of the primary benefits of having a Scrum or Kanban board, including those  in Trello, is visibility and transparency.

You can create a Task or Board while changing the visibility to private . Then only people added to the board can view and edit.
