In my experience usually yo keepnthe dispute open- contact is key. You MUST reply tonthe claims against you via the email PayPal send to you personally. also in my experiences PayPal has always sided with the recipient of said disputed transaction.  No matter what circumstances might have been happening.  I hope this will not be the case for you. Good luck.
