How to generate Click to Call URL in SR

- Login to your account
- Go to 'Settings>call flow' tab
- Click on 'Plan Settings'
- Click on Click to Call.
- Got to generate click to call URL.
- Enter a number for which URL needs to be generate. The number should be in International format.
- The URL Code would come up for a specific agent which can be used for Click to Call.
- In the URL there is a field with XXXXX format, where you need to put in customer's number prefixed with %2b91.
- The final URL can be hit on the browser for click to call to be placed.
- It can also be used for website integration.
