# How to enable website and social media analytics?

I only use ZIFT to send mailing, I would like to use it also for analysis

If you'd like to gain web and social media analytics through ZiftONE, you must first embed a supplier-provided web plugin to your website and begin to send social media posts through your ZiftONE partner portal.
