# How to convert blur scanned document to editable Microsoft Word document ?

I have blur document and covert with OCR tools, but it's does not work

Try opening with Adobe Elements, optimize contrast, change mode to greyscale, adjust size and resolution, adjust for sharpest greyscale image, save as pdf. put into Word for automatic ocr. if that doesn't work, print at 400 dpi, scan paper copy at 6OO dpi pdf. Repeat.
