How can I check the abandoned calls in the ziwo platform?

First through live view for daily stats and second option is by adding Abandoned call widget under statistics after creating a new dashboard just to get the number of abandoned calls.
Other way to access the exact list of abandoned calls on different duration is through, calls view, more filters, Abandoned calls and then only abandoned calls.
