How to blacklist a caller on SuperReceptionist?

- Login to your account
- Go to 'Settings' tab
- Go to 'Call Flow'
- Click on Add Rule and a window will pop-up
- From the Action drop down menu, select Blacklist
- In the caller field type in the Caller Number that you need to blacklist.
- The number should be in International format (For example:- +919999999999)
- You can add maximum 10 numbers in 1 rule which would comma separated.
- Click on 'Save Rule' and come out of the window opened.
- Now drag the rule on the top as SR follows rules from top to bottom.
