# How should I best categorize my photos so that they are easily accessible?

I often transfer my photos into google photos because of the additional storage (free). What is the best way to transfer those pictures over? Our company uses the entire Microsoft Suite as well.

I categorize mine in albums based on year, specific events or calendar months, and locations and sub categories such as people, places, and things. That way photos can be found by faces, or places, and narrowed down to time of year or an event no matter when they are uploaded.
