It took us about six months to implement core functionality. It took another six months to root out defects with the Izenda code base to make the product available to deliver. It has taken another seven months to learn the product enough to know how to avoid its land mines. We have an exceptionally capable team and implement at an unreasonably fast pace. Be prepared for a long tail of issues after you think your core user stories have been achieved.
