# How much technical setup is worth it for RahbarCRM’s self-hosted, AI-powered CRM?

RahbarCRM stands out for open-source flexibility, self-hosting control, and AI features like email triaging, insights, chatbot integration, and knowledgebase AI that reduce manual CRM work. The tradeoff is that advanced features and integrations can take extra setup, and self-hosting may require technical knowledge for installation, maintenance, and customization. For those using it, what parts of setup or configuration took the most effort, and what made the biggest difference in reducing manual work?
