Having the Adviser is nice for someone who wants to be guided through the learning curve. For just the software, expect to pay about $300 per month. I am not sure if the Adviser is mandatory in the beginning, but I know I had a 6 month commitment when I first signed up and then I canceled the adviser. The Software was great and I learned a ton.
