There are Standard and Active plans. Standard plans limit total number of registered users. Active plans take into account only those users who logged in during last month. You can see actual prices here https://www.talentlms.com/prices
There are also enterprise plans (also subdivided into Standard and Active) which is useful if your userbase is greater than the Premium plans offered on the TalentLMS website.
