Givebutter is completely free thanks to our tip-or-fee model. Our platform allows donors to leave 100% optional tips—or if you'd prefer to hide tips, a small platform fee applies instead (1% for donation forms, 3% for fundraising pages, and 5% for event pages). 

No matter which option you choose, a standard processing fee always applies, which donors can choose to cover—and most do (95% in fact!) 

No contracts, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees—ever. 💛

If Optional Tips are disabled, a platform fee of 5% is added for events and auctions--but for fundraising pages the fee is 3% and for donation forms the platform fee is 1%. 🙂

Givebutter is free, no strings attached! There are no upfront costs and you get all of their offerings and services without upgrading. That's the greatest asset that sets Givebutter apart from other platforms. The fees that are taken out for credit card processing are standard, but still on the lower end and that's truly the only cost!

It's FREE! Donors have the option to "tip" the system. You can remove this option, and the fee per transaction increases.

$0/month. but you will have to pay transaction fees (credit card) if they aren't covered by the donors themselves (which they are automatically prompted to do)
