Fivetran charges according to a concept called MAR, Monthly Active Rows. 1 MAR is good for 1000 unique rows. If a row is updated more than once in a given billing period, you only pay for it once, hence the "Active" in MAR. Pricing is very reasonable in our experience, costing only a few dollars per month for very low data volumes.
