# How much customization do you need in a warehouse pick-and-pack workflow with WizeFulfill?

WizeFulfill feels easy to use with a clean, modern interface, plus lots of pre-built integrations. The biggest value for us has been having a pick-and-pack workflow configured to match exactly how we need to run, and getting help from onboarding when the team was relying on workarounds. It also seems flexible enough to handle both small warehouses and larger operations. How much custom workflow setup did you need, and what helped your team move off workarounds?
