# How much bandwidth do I need to run VoIP.

If you have an internet connection that has at least 5 mbps that is dedicated to voice you can support up to 25 agents and still give you a buffer on bandwidth.  One agent on a call can take up to 70kbs.

The most important thing you need is the bandwidth to support the amount of agents you plan to have on the phone.  Next is a computer and a USB head set, other than that you just need to be ready to talk to live customers and prospects.
