# How long does it take for a vendor to receive a payment?

Truthfully, although MT emails the vendor that it may take 4 days for an ACH to hit their bank account, it is actually there the very next day.  Paper checks do take about 5 days but that's more a problem because of the USPS.

If you pay by check, it is delivered via first-class mail, typically 5 – 7 business days after the payment is authorized. ACH payments are deposited directly into vendor accounts within two business days of authorization.
