# How is Messagebird integration with Zoho Desk

Hi,

Would love to explore messagebird app to integrate whatsapp messages as a Ticket, responding on whatsapp via Zoho Desk to incoming queries.

With MessageBird for Zoho Desk you can receive tickets from Zoho Desk in the form of messages from users.
