# How intuitive is Xoralia for occasional users in a SharePoint policy workflow?

We’ve had a strong experience with Xoralia thanks to its seamless SharePoint integration, ease of use, and clear visibility into document ownership, review cycles, and compliance. It’s helped us keep policies and controlled documents consistent across SharePoint, spend less time on manual follow-up, and strengthen governance with a clearer view of overall compliance status. The main challenge is that a few features could be more intuitive and the user experience could be streamlined for occasional users. How have others handled onboarding and day-to-day usability for less frequent users?
