# How important is truly real-time social wall updating for your events?

We use Social Walls for audience engagement during events, and the biggest win is truly real-time updates on the social media wall with no noticeable lag. It works well for running polls, Q&A, and other competitions to keep participants involved throughout the event. For display use it’s been solid, but the website widget could use more features. What features do you wish your social wall website widget had, and how much does update speed impact your event experience?
