# How has VizPass changed your visitor and gate-pass workflow after the initial setup?

VizPass has made visitor and gate management feel much more controlled with quick QR check-in, smooth host notifications and approvals, and easier tracking of who is entering or leaving. Keeping visitor, contractor, and gate-pass records in one place reduces manual effort and makes historical records easier to retrieve, though the initial setup can require guidance and reporting customization could be more flexible. How did your team handle setup and configuration, and what reports or customizations do you still wish were easier?
