NBS HRIS & Payroll System has been helpful for handling payroll processing and employee records in one platform, including payroll, monitoring, and 201 filing for daily HR tasks. The customer service support is easy to contact when assistance is needed, but the overall UI could be more modern and user-friendly. Having a scheduled timeline for system updates would also help users know when improvements are coming.
