# How has Moneypenny helped you handle calls when you’re unavailable?

I’ve found Moneypenny very helpful, with friendly PAs and a good AI Receptionist. It’s been useful for call answering when I can’t pick up, like when I’m in meetings or on holiday, and it fits well with my CRM systems.
