# How has Evalu-8 HR Software helped you track and monitor employee absences?

Evalu-8 HR Software is very user-friendly from both an admin and user perspective, with an easy layout that makes it simple to keep information up to date. I have used a few HRIS and I would recommend this for small to medium sized businesses. One big benefit has been tracking and monitoring absences more easily, including the reasons for each absence. The reports are great and it allows you to customise. I also rate their customer service highly as they respond very promptly to any queries or questions via email once you log an issue. They are constantly updating and looking at ways to improve the system and features which is something I appreciate.
