# How has Drata improved your visibility into audit readiness across frameworks?

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Drata. The platform has significantly improved our visibility into compliance readiness across various frameworks. It has also reduced the manual effort involved in evidence collection, control tracking, and audit coordination. Having a centralized view of controls, integrations, audit status, and supporting evidence has made it much easier for us to manage ongoing compliance activities and prepare for audits efficiently.

Additionally, I want to highlight the excellent support we've received from our Customer Success Manager, Jessica Diangson. She has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always proactive in addressing our questions and discussing the platform's capabilities. Her assistance has been invaluable in helping us navigate compliance and operational challenges as they arise. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Drata or their CSMs?
