# How has DataGrail helped you streamline DSRs and privacy compliance work?

I’ve found DataGrail intuitive to use, and the support has been outstanding. It’s helped streamline privacy compliance and significantly cut down the time I spend on DSRs, risk assessments, data mapping, and RoPAs, while giving me fuller insight into our data tech. There really isn't a downside. DataGrail is always improving the product and listens to its customers in that regard. If we ever to have an issue it is always addressed immediately and fixed quickly. I highly recommend!
