# How has Cognisys supported your ISO27001 readiness and internal audit work?

We had a strong experience with Cognisys. They helped set up controls, manage risks, run tests, and keep policies updated, and they were very responsive whenever we needed support. They also felt like true partners from the moment we decided to pursue ISO27001 through the final stretch, from readiness to internal audit. If you’ve worked with them, what parts of the process went best for you? The Internal Audit team was great, Abigial was very professional and very capable, it was clear she knew what she was doing, and we rarely work with people that understand what they are doing especially with our niche product.
