# How has CoderPad worked for tracking, integrations, and overall ROI in your hiring flow?

I have a mixed experience with CoderPad: I like the tracking, UI/UX, integrations, performance, pricing/ROI, support/onboarding, and AI/intelligence, but those same areas have also been pain points at times. For anyone using it day to day, what has been the biggest win and the biggest challenge across these areas? What did you do to improve the experience?
