# How has CINC Systems AI support and single login affected your day-to-day productivity?

I’ve noticed higher productivity using CINC Systems, and the AI support has been especially helpful for navigating and getting answers quickly. I’m also looking forward to the migration where each homeowner can have their own preference persona, and having one login through Connect should make access easier. For those using it now, how useful has the AI support been for you, and has the single-login setup made things smoother or introduced any challenges?
