# How has Carepatron’s AI and templates affected your day-to-day workflow consistency?

I’ve found Carepatron simple to use, with helpful support when needed and lots of premade templates. The AI has helped keep operations professional and running smoothly, and it feels easier to avoid entering info in the wrong place compared to other tools. My only frustration is not being able to add a profile picture on the client page. For others using Carepatron, what features have helped you stay consistent during heavy workloads, and what small client-page tweaks do you still want?
