CallRail has been key for me to quantify customers and prove exactly where calls came from, which makes it much easier to show what’s working across campaigns. I also like how quickly I can switch numbers and use the straightforward call forwarding options to route calls to the right person. The downside is that new numbers add up fast when I’m running a lot of campaigns, and I’ve had times where a call wasn’t recorded even though I was relying on those recordings.
