# How has Awardco helped you spread positivity through coworker acknowledgments?

I like how Awardco supports acknowledging fellow coworkers and spreading positivity across the team. I did not run into any major downsides so far. How are you using coworker recognition to keep morale positive, and what kinds of acknowledgments seem to resonate most with your coworkers?
