# How has Access PeopleHR helped you go paperless and improve manager access to data?

We found Access PeopleHR easy to develop and tailor to our business needs, and it’s been straightforward to extract, manipulate, and work with the data. Automation and clear data display have helped managers access the information they need, and it’s made us 100% paperless. The only downside is wanting it to do more. What workflows or reporting views have made the biggest difference for you, and what do you still wish it could do?
