The initial set up could be a little bit complicated but the assistance of the support team is super useful and the obtained result worths the effort by far

All you have to do is add the Crazy Egg snippet to your site, and then you can start running reports and watching visitor recordings/session replays. We've made it super easy to install yourself, or you can ask a developer friend for help.
