# How hands-on is Kertos for privacy by design and enterprise-ready compliance needs?

We use Kertos as more than a compliance tool because the privacy expert works through complex issues with us, with a dedicated and personally reachable point of contact and very fast response times. It has also been helpful getting guidance during the concept phase of new features (privacy by design), not only when problems come up. The main downside has been some manual effort during initial setup and a few platform features still evolving, though feedback seems to flow into development. How has Kertos supported your DPO, DPIA, TIA, and contractual framework needs, and what did setup feel like for you?
