Extremely easy to setup, very easy UI for both Admin and User. Support is very quick and good! The company is very responsive, and over the years we have been using the software, they have always addressed shortcomings quickly, with in 2 releases.

I would say it is most excellent!  The server runs the entire month with no errors or problems and the users do not pester me with repeated questions on how to use it.  All servers are restarted monthly, or when Microsoft updates require (which ever time is shorter)
